Our story began when 4 families approached Charis and Haydn and asked them to consider providing care and support to their family members.

Phil & Christine Jenkins had bought Elizabeth Lodge in January 2016, their God given vision was to provide accommodation for adults with learning disabilities.

Extensive renovations to Elizabeth Lodge were completed in 2022 and the rooms were made available for rent.

Elizabeth Lodge is a supported living home where people’s lives are enriched by an experience of community, friendship, disability, and difference.

Those living in Elizabeth Lodge have chosen to live in an environment where they can share life together with mutual relationships and a shared faith at the heart of their journey.

ELSI (SW) Ltd was founded in July 2020 at the request of several adults with learning disabilities wanting to live at Elizabeth Lodge and be supported by a service provider with a Christian ethos and practice. In 2021 ELSI became registered with the CQC and Wiltshire ‘Good Lives Alliance’.

ELSI started to provide support in Elizabeth Lodge from July 2022.

Subsequently in 2023 ELSI (SW) ltd was asked if they could provide support at a supported living home in Bath ELSI (SW) Ltd completed the approved provider process with B&NES and ELSI (SW) Ltd now supports three people in Bath along with the people supported at Elizabeth lodge.
